Pike Place Fish Market wanted to help customers buy fish more quickly and easily, while retaining the vibrancy of their site and the effectiveness of their e-Commerce tools.
What we did
User testing of the existing site helped highlight and prioritize usability issues. Information architecture was revamped and existing design adjusted to accommodate always-visible navigation, make finding and buying fish easier, and encourage upselling of related products.
